How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a track & trace code. You can use this to track your package via the carrier's website.

The item I want to order is sold out. Will it be back in stock?

Some items are being re-produced. Sign up on the product page to receive a notification when the item is back in stock.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what now?

First, check the track & trace code. Sometimes a package is delayed. If it takes longer than 5 business days, please contact us at info@gymforcelabel.com .

What are the shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands, shipping is €4.95. Orders over €75 are shipped free.

Can you ship my order to a different address?

If your order hasn't been processed yet, we can change the address. Please contact us as soon as possible.

I received a different item than what I ordered. What should I do?

Oops! Please email us your order number and a photo of the item you received. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.

What if the delivered item is damaged?

That's certainly not the intention. Please send a photo of the damaged product along with your order number to our customer service, and we'll immediately look for a solution.

Can I return a product? What is the return policy?

Yes, you can return an item within 14 days through our returns portal. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. The return shipping costs (€5.95) will be deducted from your refund.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

We don't accept exchanges. You can order a new size through our webshop and return the other item through the returns portal.

Can I cancel my order?

This is only possible as long as your order hasn't been processed yet. So please contact us immediately if you want to cancel.

Can I collaborate with Gymforce?

We're always open to exciting collaborations! Send an email with your proposal and social media profile to info@gymforcelabel.com .

Can I do an internship with you?

Are there customs charges associated with my order?

For orders within the Netherlands and the EU, there are no customs charges. Outside the EU, import duties and VAT may apply. These are the customer's responsibility.
