Returns Policy

We hope you’re happy with your order 🩵

Is the item not quite what you expected after all? No worries — you can easily register a return via our Returnista portal.


1. Return period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receipt.
After registering your return, you have an additional 7 days to send the package back.


2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unworn and unwashed;

  • be in its original condition;

  • be free from make-up, deodorant or other traces;

  • and have the original Gymforce return label attached.

🔖 Without this label, we unfortunately cannot process your return.

2.1. Conditions for the free cap (Limited Launch Gift)

For orders over €49.95, you will temporarily receive a free Gymforce cap when using the discount code FREECAP. This cap is considered part of your order.

Please note:

  • In case of a full return, the free cap must be returned unused.

  • If the cap is not returned, we will deduct the value of the cap (€24.95) from the refund amount.

  • In case of a partial return, you may keep the free cap as long as the total value of the items you keep remains above €49.95.

This promotion is valid while supplies last.


3. Registering a return via Returnista

Returns can only be processed via our Returnista portal.
You can easily register your return via the following link:

Follow these steps:

  • Enter your order number and email address.

  • Select the item you wish to return.

  • Choose the reason for return and preferred return method (drop-off point or home pick-up).

  • Print the shipping label and attach it to the package.

  • Drop off your package or have it collected by the carrier.

You will automatically receive a confirmation once your return has been processed.


4. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are automatically calculated in the Returnista portal and are at your own expense.
In case of a defective or incorrectly delivered item, we will of course cover the costs — please contact us first via klantenservice@gymforcelabel.com.


5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days via the same payment method used for the original order.


6. Exchanges

Would you like a different size or colour?
Please return the item via Returnista and place a new order through the webshop to ensure your desired item does not sell out.


7. Damaged or incorrect items

Is there an issue with your order?
Please report this within 48 hours after receipt via klantenservice@gymforcelabel.com, including:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve this as quickly as possible for you.


8. Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Socks

  • Accessories (such as caps and hairbands)
